Thrive OT is not a mental health service.
We focus on real-life implementation—helping you build daily structure, follow through on goals, and engage in meaningful activities. Rather than talking about what could help, we work with you in your actual environment to put those strategies into action.
This work often complements what is identified in therapy, but it does not replace it. I’m happy to collaborate with your mental health or medical providers as part of your care team.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, I ask that you work with your mental health provider first to determine whether this type of support is appropriate at that time.
